What is a continuous inkjet printer

Continuous inkjet printers work by spraying strictly controlled ink particles onto the target to form clear and long-lasting marks. Inkjet printers are roughly divided into two categories: printers connected to office or home PCs, and continuous inkjet (CIJ) printers used in factory production lines. KEYENCE's MK-G series is a continuous inkjet (CIJ) printer, which is mainly used to print expiration date, batch number, barcode/2D code on products in factories and warehouses. Due to the non-contact nature of inkjet printing, blur and product damage are essentially avoided. This technology can print at high speed from any direction or direction, and the compact print head can be easily installed on the packaging machine or filling machine, making the installation process easy and free. Continuous inkjet printers (CIJ) operate by ejecting precisely controlled ink droplets onto primary packaging such as cans, bottles, films and all other forms of primary packaging substrates. These codes are used to print the expiration date, otherwise called the best expiration date and batch number, production information or bar code.

The Differences Between CIJ Printers and TIJ Printers

As a  inkjet printers supplier   , I will share it with you.   The Working Principle of  CIJ Printers Continuous Inkjet Printer CIJ printers operate on the basic premise of creating a continuous flow of ink. And the process begins when two chipped cartridges within the printer. And one for the ink itself, and the other for solvent. These two liquids are then fed to a larger main tank where the mixture becomes pressurized and fed toward the printhead. After reaching the printhead, a piezoelectric element oscillates the ink, causing it to form droplets. These droplets are then charged by an electrode plate, pushing them towards the substrate in a precise manner.

What is an inkjet printer?

Inkjet printers   are essential computer peripherals in many people's lives, helping to create everything from letters to life-size posters. An inkjet printer is a printer that forces black or colored ink through a chamber or nozzle to a medium such as paper. These types of printers are typically used in homes, offices and large commercial operations.   What is a thermal printer? Thermal printers are low-cost, portable printers typically used to print receipts and shipping labels.  Thermal printers , as the name implies, use a heated print head to print an image on paper. They use a heating element to burn or melt dot pattern characters on special paper. The thermal print head is the heart of the thermal printing system and consists of a fixed array of microscopic heating elements. When the resistive element is energized, heat is generated in the area below the element. Two main types of thermal printers are used: direct transfer thermal printers and hot wax transfer prin...
