DOCOD'S Ink Cartridges

Our company is proud to introduce our continuous ink supply system cartridges. Features: 1. Large Capacity: With a whopping 350ml capacity, one cartridge can serve you for multiple uses, specifically up to 3 times. This means fewer replacements and more consistent performance. 2. Outstanding Waterproof Performance: You don't have to worry about water damage. Our ink cartridges are designed to perform excellently even in humid or wet environments. 3. Minimal Nozzle Clogging: We have engineered these cartridges to ensure that nozzle clogging is almost non - existent. This leads to smooth and uninterrupted printing operations. 4. Economical and Reliable: Our cartridges offer great value for money. They are both cost - effective and highly reliable, giving you the confidence to use them for all your printing needs. Instructions for Use: 1. During operation, make sure that the large ink cartridge is either hung vertically or wall - mounted. Keep the bottom of the large ink cartridge at approximately 19 centimeters above the lower edge of the print head. 2. For the first - time usage, close the valve on the continuous ink supply system by aligning it vertically with the ink tube. Use the ink cartridge maintenance tool to conduct a vacuum priming. After this, open the valve to commence printing. If ink leakage occurs during operation, you can utilize this vacuum priming method and perform nozzle cleaning as needed. The Differences Between CIJ Printers and TIJ Printers

As a  inkjet printers supplier   , I will share it with you.   The Working Principle of  CIJ Printers Continuous Inkjet Printer CIJ printers operate on the basic premise of creating a continuous flow of ink. And the process begins when two chipped cartridges within the printer. And one for the ink itself, and the other for solvent. These two liquids are then fed to a larger main tank where the mixture becomes pressurized and fed toward the printhead. After reaching the printhead, a piezoelectric element oscillates the ink, causing it to form droplets. These droplets are then charged by an electrode plate, pushing them towards the substrate in a precise manner.

Inkjet Printer

Inkjet Printer Generally speaking, the problem can be divided into two categories: circuit failure and ink circuit failure. First of all, no matter what model it is, it is necessary to have a certain understanding of the ink circuit diagram of the machine. After learning and understanding the ink circuit diagram, we can then know the position of the filter inside the machine and the direction of ink flow, as well as the nozzles, nozzles, and solenoid valves. Wait for the running sequence. Generally speaking, the operation of the  Inkjet Printer  circuit is very complicated. Generally, the inkjet printer uses a single-chip microcomputer to control the overall solenoid valve, pressure pump, nozzle crystal oscillator and other components. It is very precise. If you understand the circuit knowledge, you can know that it is normal. Some printer operating parameters during use: such as pressure, viscosity, temperature, etc., can be found in time if there are any abnormalities...

What is an inkjet printer?

Inkjet printers   are essential computer peripherals in many people's lives, helping to create everything from letters to life-size posters. An inkjet printer is a printer that forces black or colored ink through a chamber or nozzle to a medium such as paper. These types of printers are typically used in homes, offices and large commercial operations.   What is a thermal printer? Thermal printers are low-cost, portable printers typically used to print receipts and shipping labels.  Thermal printers , as the name implies, use a heated print head to print an image on paper. They use a heating element to burn or melt dot pattern characters on special paper. The thermal print head is the heart of the thermal printing system and consists of a fixed array of microscopic heating elements. When the resistive element is energized, heat is generated in the area below the element. Two main types of thermal printers are used: direct transfer thermal printers and hot wax transfer prin...
